ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
By accessing, viewing, or ordering from Hot Deelz (www.hotdeelz.ecrater.com) you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service. These terms can be modified by us at any time without notice.


1. RETURN POLICIES

RETURN POLICY for ELECTRONICS:
Customer may return the product within thirty (30) days of delivery of the order. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. Customer may request a replacement product otherwise company credit will be issued. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!

Items with manufacturer's defects:
Return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement. Items returned as defective that are found to not be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization. All of the defective cellular phones must be returned to the manufacturer.

**Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number. For customer service questions, please e-mail us at hotdeelz@bellsouth.net to notify a defective item and request for an #RMA number. Please, allow 48 hours to respond to your email. When you return the item please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and provide a return reason. Returns must be in like new condition. Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories. All returns must be received by within 14 days from the RMA number issuing date. Allow up to 5 business days to process your returns.

RETURN POLICY for CELL PHONES:
We have NO RETURN policy on all cell phones and cell phone accessories. If your phone is defective, please contact manufacturer. All sales are final.

RETURN POLICY for CHILDREN TOYS:
Customer may return these products within 7 days of delivery of the order. Must be in original packaging as well as like new condition in order to recieve refund.


2. SHIPPING

We ship products out within 2 to 3 days of processing/clearing payment and also sent out a comfirmation email of delivery date and tracking number. Products are usually shipped via USPS or Fedex in which delivery is within 1-2 weeks.

All shipping charges are weight based within the United States. You can also find out the exact shipping charges by completing the checkout process on our website.


3. SALES TAX

Sales taxes will only be charged if your order is being shipped to Georgia at 7% or California at 8.25%.


4. PAYMENT

We do accept all major credit cards through paypal, money orders, and personal checks. Please make sure you write your item number or name of the item you're ordering with check or money order. Also please allow about 7 days for check clearing process. Lastly, payment MUST be recieved within 10 days of purchase date. If not received within 10 days, order will be cancelled unless we receive contact from customer stating other arrangements. There is a fee of $35 for any returned check/NSF.


5. PRIVACY/SECURITY

Privacy: We respect your privacy, and do not provide your name, address, or any other information about you to third parties.

Security: Your personal information is protected using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Using SSLyour information including name, address and credit card number is encrypted prior to transmission and therefore unreadable as it travels over the Internet.
