How long does it take for shipping?
We usually ship items within 2 to 3 business days of cleared payment. You will receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days to received the tracking number. Items are usually shipped via USPS or FedEx ground. You can expect delivery within 5-15 days. We do provide expedited shipping. Please contact us for more information.

Sales tax is only charged when your order is being shipped to Georgia at 7% and California at 8.25%.

What is your return policy?
RETURN POLICY for ELECTRONICS: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, should be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. Customer may request a replacement product or request a refund. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable! Items with manufacturer's defects: Return the defective item and we will ship you a replacement. Items returned as defective that are found to not be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore, we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization. NOTE: Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA #. For customer service, please e-mail us at hotdeelz@bellsouth.net to notify a defective item or request an RMA #. When you return the item, include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write the RMA # on it, and provide a return reason. All returns must be in like new condition and in original packaging. Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Please note that returns must be received by within 14 days from the RMA # issuing date and allow up to 5 business days for completion of this process. RETURN POLICY for CELL PHONES: We have NO RETURN policy on cell phones or cell phone accessories. If your phone is defective please, contact the manufacturer. All sales are final. RETURN POLICY for TOYS, and HANDBAGS: Returns are accepted on all unworn items within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Must be returned in original packaging and in new like condition. Please allow up to 5 business days for return process. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable!
